Payment Options

Cash On Delivery
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) mode for all our products, except for customized items. After receiving an order request, our team typically confirms COD orders by contacting the customers within 1 or 2 days.
If, for any reason, a customer is unable to answer our representative's call, we will make three additional attempts to reach them through calls and text messages (via WhatsApp). If the customer remains unresponsive after these attempts, we reserve the right to prioritize canceling their order.
Customization
Customers can request Cash On Delivery (COD) for customization orders only if the order value exceeds Rs. 1499/-. For orders below this amount, the COD option is not available. If the customization order value is above Rs. 1499/-, we require a 10% advance payment based on the product's price.
Shipping Time
At www.poojacarts.com, our primary goal is to ensure prompt delivery of products to our valued customers through our trusted logistics partners. After dispatching the product from our Mumbai unit, it typically takes 2 days. However, we kindly request that you allow us a delivery period of 5 – 7 working days to reach your specified address. The actual delivery time is subject to the destination city and product availability in our stock. Rest assured, we make every effort to get your order to you as swiftly as possible.

Pricing Policy
The pricing of products offered on this website is determined solely by the manufacturer in compliance with the prevailing laws. The prices displayed on the website are in INR and are subject to change without prior notice. When you place an order on the website, it will be acknowledged at the current price, and the applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be included in the billing price.
