However, it's essential to note that certain art products might exhibit slight variations in finish. Handmade paintings, for instance, may have minor differences due to the nature of the work.
- Nonetheless, if you remain dissatisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return the items within 2 hours of creating the order. Kindly email us with all the relevant details within these 3 days. Please be aware that a 25% deduction from the order value will apply for return shipping in case of a refund.
Cancellation Policy- - Note that dispatch orders are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-exchangeable.
- You have the freedom to cancel your orders within 2 hours before they are dispatched, and there will be no additional expenses incurred for doing so. To initiate a cancellation, you can contact our customer support team through our helpline or by sending us an email at -poojacarts@gmail.com. However, once an order has been dispatched, we regret to inform you that it cannot be canceled.
- Regarding refunds, we will process the reversal of the transaction for your prepaid orders. For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, kindly provide us with your account details so that we can process the refunds accordingly. Please note that any applicable COD charges are non-refundable, and only the product fees will be reimbursed.
- The refund process may take approximately 7-15 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's policies. To ensure a successful refund, please make sure that the products are unused, unaltered, unwashed, unsoiled, and undamaged in any way.
Custom Products Policy-
Custom products are specially crafted based on your specific requests, distinct from the standard offerings available on our website. For these unique orders, Cash-on-Delivery (COD) option will not be available. It's essential to note that such custom orders are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-exchangeable.
